Parents Association Print E-mail
This association consists of parents and guardians of pupils who attend Boronia Heights Primary School, or any person who is interested in and wishes to support the school. We would hope that most parents would, at some stage, join this organisation, and support our programs and enjoy the social interaction.

The objectives are to -

  • participate in activities for the best interests of the school and its pupils.
  • keep the parents informed of all activities of the Parents Association.
  • foster harmony between parents, teachers and students.
  • raise funds for the school and to assist in maintaining a high quality of education for the children.

 

 

 

 
Office bearers consist of -

President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

All executive positions are declared vacant each year. As per Ministerial Directive, to stand for nomination, you need to be a financial member (nominal fee of 50 cents annually). Elections take place before the end of March at our Annual General Meeting.

Meetings

Our meetings are open to all parents and we encourage you to attend. They are usually held on the second Monday of each month at 7.00 pm. in the Staffroom at the school. Meetings are advertised in our Newsletter.
