On Friday 16th February, 12 of our students attended the Rowville District Swimming Championships at Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre to represent our school. I would like to congratulate Fletcher 3C, Alexandra – 4A, Lana & Lucy – 4B, Christon – 4C, Zoe & Samuel – 5A, Mackenzie – 5B, Samantha & Darcy – 5B, Riley – 6A, and William – 6C for their outstanding effort and courage as they raced against the strongest swimmers from each of the seven other schools in the district. Their effort and support of each other was tremendous! There were a couple of occurrences of new PB’s for our swimmers which was great, and will hopefully fuel them to come back and enter again next year. Thank you to the families involved for driving your children to and from the event, as well as providing positive support for all of the competitors.
